Lolly Massage opened as a single treatment room above a flower shop. The idea was simple, almost stubborn: do fewer things, slower, and do them properly. No upsells, no twelve-page treatment menu, no piped-in ocean sounds. Just skilled hands and enough time to use them well.
Years later, we've grown into five rooms — but the rule hasn't changed. One guest, one therapist, one room, for the whole appointment. We turned down faster growth more than once because it would have meant breaking that.

No double-booked rooms, no split attention. Your session is the only thing happening in that room.
A short menu means every treatment gets full attention — from training to the linens we choose.
Warm hands, warm rooms, warm stones. The goal is always to lower your shoulders, not just loosen them.
"We're not trying to be the biggest room in town. We just want to be the one you actually look forward to walking into."
— Lolly Massage, studio note

Technique matters, but so does pace and pressure reading. New therapists shadow, then co-treat, then take supervised sessions — so by the time they're working solo, they already know our rhythm.
